Managing Groups

Once you have created a group, it will be displayed in an overview with various information.

### How Many Games Does the Group Have?
The number of games is displayed next to the group name in parentheses.

### Open or Copy Group Link for Students and External Users

– The link is displayed in an input field. You can copy it using the *copy icon* on the right.

– To open the link externally, click the *link icon* on the right.
Open Group Link
– This will open the interface with the group link, where students can upload their games with their name to the group without accessing the SMARTfloor Hub.

### Sharing the Group Link with Students

– You can share the group link directly with students. The link consists of a link to our system (https://groups.smartfloor.io/start/) and the group code **(e.g., ‘UNREI’).**

The link would look like this: https://groups.smartfloor.io/start/FLKMO

### Synchronizing All Games in a Group
With the *switch button*, which you already know from the [Games Overview](/en/docs/homepage-overview), you can synchronize all games in a group at once. If the button is set to *green*, all games will be synchronized.
