– The PlayBox is a type of console that runs the games and processes input from the mats.
– It is a standalone device that connects to the internet via Wi-Fi and synchronizes games and layouts from our Hub.
– The TV or Smartboard is connected to the PlayBox via an HDMI cable.
– The mats are connected to the PlayBox via a cable.
For more information, see the following sections.
### Connecting the PlayBox
To connect to the Hub, please enter the same login credentials into the PlayBox that you use for the SMARTfloor Hub. The PlayBox will then automatically connect to and synchronize with your Hub.
### Synchronizing Games with the PlayBox
The games available on the PlayBox depend on the games you have created in your Hub. You can synchronize games to the PlayBox by enabling the corresponding option when creating a game or in the [Games Overview](/en/docs/synchronize-games). The PlayBox will then automatically synchronize with the games and layouts on your Hub.
### Synchronizing and Selecting Layouts with the PlayBox
– Games can be selected directly via the TV or Smartboard using the corresponding mats.
– The layouts for control, i.e., the arrangement of the mats, can be selected via a small display on the PlayBox once it is connected to your SMARTfloor account.
